Fix documentation generation

Stefan Schalk requested to merge sts/ujotypes-py:FIX_DOCU_GENERATION into master
  • change "ujotypes.tools.data_access" to "ujotypes.tools.type_conversion"
  • remove unused stuff from "build-doc.bat" and "doc/make.bat"
