The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Project structure and build configuration
The project structure includes a first API function and related source files to propose a naming. All other files have to be named accordingly. A build configuration for windows32 bit to fix build related issues and add naming for artefacts has been added and tested. For platform independent builds cmake is used. The basic configuration for doxygen is present.
