    The documentation is now part of the project folder. You can call

```
$doc>doxygen libujo_c.dx
```

to generate the html Documentation.png

- Documentation is added
- .markdownlintrc.yml was added to project root
- All Markdown files pass the markdownlint-cli check
- UJO Format specification is now part of the project documentation
